1-flash this file with old MI flash tool(don't use professional toll or new mi flash tool)
after flash baseband is show if still baseband is unknown flash again with difrent MI flash tool version.

2-Than reset efs with mirecle or umt in edl mode. And flash again with mi flash tool.

3-open diag prot and write QCN file with QPST Utility.

4- restart phone.
